Vacation entitlement refers to the allocation of vacation days as part of their employment benefits.
The entitlement typically accrues over time based on an employee's length of service with the company and is subject to the organization's policies and any applicable legal regulations.
Vacation leave starts accumulating from the date of hire, however, the employee is not eligible to take the leave until the probation is completed.
The accrual rate is as follows:

| 5 – 10 years | Up to 3 weeks of vacation per year |
| 10+ years | Up to 4 weeks of vacation per year |
